Airport Selection
Together, we’ll find and choose the closest airport that implements a PetSafe program, ensuring qualified individuals and practices are in place for a successful pet delivery. Currently, the only airline handling live animals through cargo is American Airlines.
Coordination
We believe communication is key. We’ll coordinate with both you and the breeder to schedule the best time for delivery. Once everything is set, we’ll provide you with a detailed itinerary.
Puppy Pickup
A team member will personally pick up your puppy from the breeder and transport them to the airport. This is one of our favorite parts of the job – spending time with your precious pup on the way to their flight!
Accommodations
Your puppy will travel in comfort inside a new airline-approved kennel, complete with a soft bed, food, and water. We ensure that your pet is snug and well cared for throughout their journey.
Communication
We keep you informed every step of the way, providing updates on your puppy’s flight schedule until they arrive safely in your arms. We value your feedback and would love to hear about your experience through a review.
Summer Months
Due to limited aircraft availability and temperature restrictions, delivering puppies during the summer can be challenging, especially in warmer climates. Temperatures must be under 85 degrees upon arrival for safe travel. We will work closely with you to find the best possible time for delivery, but we appreciate your patience as we navigate these challenges.
