The Poo-Shi coat can be curly and low shedding but they can also have a double coat. The under coat is soft to the touch while the outer coat is straight & harsh.

Brushing 2 – 3 times weekly will help prevent tangling & matting. If the Poo-Shi has predominant Shiba Inu features, they will tend to shed a little. Brushing more frequent during those times will help maintain a healthy coat.
