Ben (Stoney Curve Farm)

Hello, my name is Ben, and I’ve been breeding since 2015–2016. I specialize in Golden Retrievers and Goldadors. We may possibly start working with a smaller breed in the future, but right now our focus is on raising quality, well-cared-for pups.

We live on 58 acres, and farm life is a big part of our everyday routine. My son now milks cows, and our family stays very involved with the daily responsibilities around the farm. We do raise other animals as well, so there’s always something going on here.

One of my favorite things about breeding is seeing new puppies born…and seeing how many! It’s always exciting. I also really enjoy watching the adult mother dogs care for their young. Then as the puppies grow, develop, and start playing with each other, it’s rewarding to watch their personalities come out. The best part is finding good homes for them when the time comes.

In my free time, I enjoy having a dog by my side while working around the farm. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, and going for hikes through the woods.

We’re a family operation. Our children spend a lot of time playing with the puppies and helping care for them, which really helps with early socialization.
